Creeping a Little Sexiness Into Your Wedding

I remember that Amber and Brannan were the best examples of how young love is really supposed to be, fun and sexy and a little daring!

Making Backyard Weddings Look Good

This was one of the first weddings I’ve ever shot in Arizona and it’s still one of my favorites. It was a backyard wedding, but boy was it the king of backyard weddings. The property was gorgeous, with tasteful rustic elements here and there. It was luxurious but quaint, and it could honestly rival most paid venues. Plus, Jake and Melissa were so sweet and also have been one of my most photogenic couples. So much so, that they still remain at the top of my portfolio despite their day being so many years ago.

Golden California Hills and Wine Country

This is definitely one of my favorite California weddings. The sweeping views of SoCal’s wine country with the hills and the valleys gracing the background is truly breathtaking enough. But Jordan and Michelle’s eagerness to embrace the camera and willingness to really setup these amazing highlights, easily makes this wedding a truly memorable one for me.

What's a Photog to do in the Age of Covid?

I admit, I’ve never been one to blog but this really should have been a long time coming. But with a pandemic forcing weddings and projects to be cancelled or moved, I think it’s finally forced me to think about updating my site again and to start a blog. Maybe that’s the silver lining here? Haha.

But it’s also nice to take a trip down memory lane and revisit some of my most memorable shoots. They’ve done a lot to get me the experience that I needed to become the photog that I am today so I think I will be honoring some of them in my upcoming posts. Stay tuned!
